ISC Program Manager (Oxygen & Diagnostics)
You will be the Program Manager to prioritize NPI Sustaining and Productivity for Oxygen Therapy Platforms and Diagnostic Devices
Your role:
Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. R&D Platform Leads Product Managers Manufacturing & Service Operations etc.) to secure agreement on Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) program goals and priorities to achieve organizational objectives.
Defines and monitors the expected deliverables interdependencies and program approaches to achieve and improve KPIs related to back-order reduction on-time delivery (say-do ratio) and customer experience.
Analyzes program risks and issues working with cross-functional core teams to identify and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
Serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders including senior and executive leadership maintaining stakeholder partnerships and looking for ways to add value beyond immediate requests while leveraging skills to negotiate project prioritization.
Implements change management strategies to address short-term business changes and re-prioritization and realize business benefits initiated in the program exercising judgment and influence on key process decisions within the program and cross-business stakeholders
Youre the right fit if:
You have a Bachelors/Masters Degree in business management program management or a relevant.
You have overall 10 years of experience and 5 years with program and/or project management
