Job Description
- Fully manage global corporate and commercial events acting as the main point of reference before during and after each event for all organizational and logistical aspects.
- Manage the supplier network identifying new partners negotiating and overseeing service quotations and ensuring execution according to agreed standards.
- Prepare follow-up reports for each executed event and share them with all involved and interested functions.
- Define and shareguidelines with markets/channels for the management and implementation of local events in coordination with Trade Marketing and Retail & Corporate Design teams.
- Support and monitor additional local events (including local sales campaigns) ensuring compliance with the shared guidelines.
- Supervise the management of showrooms ensuring the proper execution of all activities.
- Define the showroom event calendar and sales campaign schedule in alignment with the various teams involved (Global Samples Operations Logistics etc.).
Who you are
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the eyewear sector and/or in managing hospitality for large organizations is a plus.
- An English and Italian fluent speaker
- Flexible and open to travel as needed
- With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
- Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
- Strong network of contacts and suppliers
- A strong team player able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
- Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
