Job Summary
YOUR MISSION
Build and develop the most talented AM team to win the market in Torino
THE JOURNEY
Have full responsibility and own 360º the business of Top Partners in the Area (more than 70 cities)..
Lead a team of 5 talented people to greatness.
Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the Area in terms of Growth Promotions Advertisement and Operations.
Monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs to track progress towards defined targets and find ways to improve the service.
Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city.
Stay up to date with market and competitive developments.
Be informed get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude.
Contribute actively to the teams development and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow develop and make the difference
Generate best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas
Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
You have a solid experience in fast-paced environments (startup investment banking top consulting firms or top tech companies)
Relevant experience leading cross functional teams with 5 people
A data-driven mentality taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
Youre persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
Youve got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach.
Youre extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding on new topics.
You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking.
Youre extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
You are always respectful kind and fair. All of your current and former reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader
You have an ambition that makes some people think youre crazy because you are ahead of the edge while inspiring the vast majority.
Youre an owner you have a natural bias for action always pushing for things to happen objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit.
Excellent English and Italian. Spanish is a plus.
