Role description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Construction Management Intern who can work alongside the resources in Arcadis providing support in day-to-day operations deepening the knowledge gained during studies or previous experiences.
Role accountabilities:
- Support to operations management and Construction Managers;
- Verification and control of site accounts material submission and construction drawings;
- Attend site meeting and prepare site reports;
- Monitor GANTT and work budget to check compliance with planned and actual activities;
- Monitor and control site activities and propose corrective actions when needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Civil MEP or Building Engineering;
- An excellent level of English and Italian (at least B2);
- Knowledge of the following software: Revit (BIM) Autocad Excel Microsoft Project
- Willingness to travel within the Milanese hinterland will be necessary;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Attention to detail analytical and problem solving skills;
- Previous experience in Construction will be considered a plus.
