A prestigious Independent School in Dorset is seeking an experienced motivated and highly professional Site Manager for a full-time permanent appointment beginning January 2026.
You will manage the entire school estate ensuring that all buildings grounds facilities and systems are safe secure and maintained to the highest standard.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the premises team and overseeing daily site operations
Managing maintenance schedules compliance logs and statutory testing
Supervising contractors and ensuring high standards of work
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring full H&S compliance
Coordinating security procedures site access and emergency responses
Supporting events lettings and operational planning across the school
Managing budgets procurement and long-term estate development projects
This is a key leadership role requiring decisiveness reliability and strong attention to detail.

Proven experience in site premises or facilities management
Strong understanding of compliance H&S legislation and building maintenance
