Job Summary

Junior Logistics Lead Electronics Manufacturing

Job Summary

Manage daily logistics operations end-to-end including packing dispatch inventory tracking and inward material handling with accuracy and discipline.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Dispatch and amp; Packing

Pack products accessories and materials safely and correctly for courier/shipping.

Prepare labels invoices and dispatch documentation.

Coordinate courier pickup and track shipments until delivery.

Handle returns and re-dispatch when needed.

Inventory and amp; Storage

Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials and finished goods.

Update ERP/Excel for every inward/outward movement.

Keep shelves bins and storage areas organised for easy retrieval.

Perform regular stock checks and report shortages/damages immediately.

Inward Material Handling

Receive materials unpack verify quantities and check packaging condition.

Coordinate with QC for approval before stocking items.

Record GRNs and ensure proper placement in inventory.

Daily MIS and amp; Reporting

Share daily dispatch report stock movement updates and shortage alerts.

Maintain all relevant logs and basic documentation required for audits.

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications

Strong organisational skills and discipline.

Basic Excel and ERP familiarity.

Ability to handle packing unpacking and movement of materials independently.

Clear communication and time management.

Education

Any degree/diploma with exposure to logistics or warehouse operations.
