Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 10 years end-to-end experience in Payroll in a Managerial capacity specifically within the Automotive Industry
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or similar required
Proficiency in Sage 300 People with Advanced Excel skills essential
Ability to manage a team of up to 10 Direct Reports and handle a staff size of more than 4 000 employees
Strong working knowledge of Accounting Principles Financial Reporting Payroll Processes Tax and Related Law Regulations essential
Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
Contactable references and payslips required upon request

Salary Structure:

Monthly Cost to Company of up to R 80 000 based on experience
Benefits include Medical Provident Fuel
