| Duties and Responsibilities | ХManage FOS Ц recruit train and motivate the team ХManage channel relationships ХDrive sales numbers and increase finance penetration meet allocated sales targets ХManage the sales process ХEnsure process rigour and controllership ХEnsure smooth service delivery to channel partners Ц TTC ХManage the FOS productivity ХReconciliation of dealer payments |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | ХShould be a MBA with 2 to 3years of experience or graduate with minimum 4 yrs of experience ХPrior exposure to sales role is highly desirable ХGood communication and interpersonal skills ХGood relationship management skills ХProficient in MS Ц Office ХAbility to coordinate with various departments within the organization |
