Job Summary
Develop and execute scientific communication plans to support product strategy by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to build strong scientific relationships.
General Responsibilities
- Provide medical insights to guide brand positioning and market development.
- Support clinical trials investigator-initiated studies and post-marketing surveillance.
- Deliver training and workshops for internal teams on therapeutic areas and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs in all scientific activities.
- Execute medical strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Provide scientific support for marketing sales and regulatory teams.
- Ensure medical accuracy and compliance in promotional and educational materials.
- Engage with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build strong scientific relationships.
- Conducts medical/marketing activities that increase capabilities of internal sales force (e.g. journal clubs) conduct products quizzes on specified timeline
- To collaborate with compliance team to ensure external requirements are adhere to and risk assessment and mitigation plan.

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Deep understanding of clinical research pharmacology and therapeutic landscapes.
- Well knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in medical writing literature review and evidence synthesis.
- Familiarity with health economics real-world evidence and patient-centric outcomes
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and scientific communication.
- Demonstrate fluency in English both written and spoken
- Minimum two years experience in a similar or related role
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
- Proven track record of scientific engagement and strategic medical planning.
- Exposure to regional/global medical operations is highly valued
Education
- Advanced degree in Medicine (MD) or Pharmacy (PharmD)
