Your Tasks

  • Translate company strategies into actionable commercial plans within the medical channel ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead the team to achieve IMS sales targets and market share growth through strong execution and commercial excellence.

  • Ensure operational excellence in call planning coverage optimization engagement quality and product advocacy.

  • Drive sales process effectiveness including demand generation NPD penetration accurate forecasting and trade program execution.

  • Oversee financial management ensuring efficient and accountable use of TA and CM budgets.

  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with distributors to enable long-term growth.

  • Develop and coach team members to enhance performance and capability.

  • Champion innovation and identify new opportunities to accelerate business growth.

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or related field; Masters degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum 8 years of commercial or business development experience preferably within pharmaceutical medical or healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record in leading sales or medical channel teams to achieve performance and market growth targets.

  • Strong ability to translate strategic direction into actionable commercial plans at regional or national level.

  • Demonstrated strength in sales process optimization including call planning demand generation forecasting and trade program execution.

  • Experience managing distributors or external partners ensuring alignment and sustainable business growth.

  • Excellent financial acumen with ability to plan monitor and optimize budgets effectively.

  • Strong leadership and people development capabilities skilled in coaching motivating and building high-performing teams.

  • Innovative mindset with ability to identify new growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
