Welcome to the Vermont Learning Collaborative (VTLC) a dynamic and innovative non-profit agency that offers programs and district services to best serve the needs of the students and families of Southeastern Vermont. We are seeking a per diem BCBA or BcABA with experience working with elementary and middle school students with moderate to intensive needs in a variety of educational settings. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Complete FBAs / behavior observations as requested in school based and home settings. -Develop individualized behavior plans-Complete skills based assessments as needed (e.g VB-MAPP ABLLS AFLS etc).-Contribute to students IEP development and complete progress reports as scheduled. -Provide identified services per students IEP service delivery as well as general classroom or programmatic consultation. -Competently understand and demonstrate Safety Care procedures (training provided)-Support de-escalation and behavior management as needed. Model and demonstratestrategies for staff via direct interaction with students.-Appropriately support and create plans based on the students age individual needs ordisabilities social skills and developmental level-Manage data collection including designing individualized data collection/data sheets overseeing the data collection methods and ongoing analysis of data data summaries as well as providing training to staff on data collection methods-Conduct staff training and lead professional development as necessary-Provide ongoing supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) as needed-Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team including SLPs OTs PTs teachers clinicianssupport staff RBTs leadership community partners etc as needed to implement behavior plans or specific behavior support strategies to increase specific skill acquisition and oversee implementation of behavior strategies-Maintain current and relevant training specific to evidenced based practices;-Adhere to laws policies procedures and ethical standards of the field and contribute to a positive and safe educational environment. -Implement programming in support of diversity equity and inclusion for all school community members.-Other duties relevant to the role as requested.
