Were hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team of Personal Care Aides PCA/NA/CNA in Ashland Richmond City HenricoCounty -West End Glen Allen andsurrounding this role youll make a lasting difference by assisting clients with personal care daily living needs mobility medication reminders and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing grooming and dressing
Support clients with mobility needs including transfers and proper positioning
Offer medication reminders as scheduled
Prepare and plan nutritious meals
Perform light housekeeping tasks
Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition to the RN Supervisor

Qualifications:

Current Virginia certification as a PCA NA or CNA
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Physically capable of providing mobility support and hands-on care
Dependable transportation for travel to client homes
