This opportunity is suited to someone based in the Phoenix area whos open to remote flexible work in the personal development space and who values real conversations personal growth and showing up consistently.

What we do: We share structured personal development and leadership education programs and support people through a clear process. Youll be engaging with individuals providing information answering questions and guiding next steps using training scripts and a proven framework.

To be completely clear: this is not a clinical or therapeutic role and it is not 1:1 coaching.

What Youll Be Doing

• Engaging in warm professional conversations
• Sharing clear information about our programs and next steps (training and scripts provided)
• Following a structured system for communication follow-up and client engagement
• Coordinating next-step appointments and online information sessions where needed
• Participating in ongoing training and personal growth (Zoom)
• Managing your time independently in a remote setting and staying consistent with weekly activity

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools (Zoom social platforms basic tracking)
• Previous experience in coaching education health wellness marketing sales or client-facing roles is helpful but not essential
