Responsible for developing and executing the plants Lean transformation roadmap driving key projects kaizens and JIT initiatives to enhance operational performance. The role ensures the deployment of Lean methodologies across all functions while shaping a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on leadership and coaching.Job Description
Lean Roadmap
- Own design and continuously evaluate the plants Lean roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational priorities.
- Drive projects identified with agility and focus towards long term business gains
Project Management
- Drive execution of Lean projects JIT initiatives and kaizen activities through disciplined project management clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Focus on project management systematics to drive strategic improvements
Lean Transformation Champion
- Champion the transformation of the plants Lean culture by fostering engagement coaching teams and enabling sustainable process improvements
- demonstrating standard work problem-solving waste elimination and data-driven decision-making in daily operations.
Others
- Forsee employee engagement plans & activities to aid learning and development of individuals
- Liaison with various external forums and implement best practices in plant
