- Define priorities set performance objectives and monitor key operational metrics to ensure process effectiveness and timely issue resolution.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the reconciliation team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Assess and enhance reconciliation frameworks ensuring strong controls and clear accountability across systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the Reconciliation Manager and Finance leadership to develop implement and maintain robust policies SOPs and control documentation.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial reconciliation accounting operations or banking with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Deep understanding of financial control frameworks reconciliation governance and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and exposure to ERP or reconciliation systems (e.g. SAP Oracle BlackLine).
- Language skills: Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
