Job Summary

Job Title: Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time
Location: Kansas City MO

Shifts:

Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Salary:
$30.04 $41.50 per hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus:

$30000 for Night Shift (2-year commitment)
$10000 for Day Shift (2-year commitment)

Relocation: Case-by-case basis

Department: Medical-Surgical (Specialty Units include Neuro Ortho Nephrology)

Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical-Surgical RN to provide high-quality clinical care in a higher-acuity setting. The unit serves adults with diverse medical surgical cardiac and neurologic conditions including general urology and vascular post-surgical patients. This role offers opportunities to enhance clinical expertise and patient monitoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments following established standards of care and protocols.
Plan implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
Provide direct patient care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope of practice.
Deliver patient and family education and emotional support appropriate to age culture and condition.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (recent experience not required)
ADN or BSN in Nursing
Active RN license (state or compact)
BLS certification required upon hire
