We are launching a Medical Fitness & Longevity Division in Silicon Valley focused on metabolic health weight management womens hormonal wellness (PCOS perimenopause menopause) NAD optimization and chronic condition support.
We are seeking a CA-licensed independent Nurse Practitioner for a telehealth medical partnership not a job.
Responsibilities:
GLP-1 prescribing
NAD oversight
Telehealth metabolic assessments
Chronic Care Management
Monthly medical follow-ups
