Job Description
Executive Assistant to the Plant leader
Provide comprehensive support to the Plant Leader through meeting coordination communication support documentation and timely follow-up on action items.
Integrity Compliance & Governance Champion
Ensure adherence to policies audit readiness ethics and compliance processes training completion and governance documentation across the plant.
CSR Branding & Diversity & Inclusion Champion
Lead plant-level CSR initiatives act as the Branding SPOC for internal/external visibility and champion Diversity & Inclusion programs ensuring inclusive practices and culture-building activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Act as the central liaison between plant departments corporate teams customers and external partners; prepare presentations communication materials project updates and maintain streamlined communication flow.
Project Tracking KPI Support & Engagement Leadership
Track KPIs while driving employee engagement recognition D&I events and culture-enhancing initiatives.
