- Support and mentor a team of talented engineers through coaching and career development planning
- Create a culture of continuous learning psychological safety and open feedback
- Proactively identify and help resolve organizational or interpersonal blockers
- Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and alignment
- Drive performance cycles facilitate feedback and support individual growth journeys
- Lead hiring onboarding and offboarding in close partnership with Recruiting and HR
- Manage relationships with providers and contribute to strategic workforce planning
- Help to shape and support engineering-wide programs
- Develop and execute talent-retention strategies to maintain high morale and prevent turnover
Your Profile
- Proven experience in engineering leadership ideally within a product- or platform-focused organization
- Technical background (e.g. Java MongoDB TypeScript React) and hands on mentality
- Passion for people development mentoring and building high-trust environments
- Strong communicator with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive self-driven and motivated to make an impact
