Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Trade Show Booth Host with a strong background in music to represent our company at various Community Events Street Fairs etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for music and the ability to create a memorable experience for booth visitors. Current college students are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage visitors to the booth providing information about our products and services.
- Utilize your music background to create an engaging atmosphere at the booth.
- Answer questions and provide detailed information to potential clients and partners.
- Collect and manage contact information from booth visitors for follow-up.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the booth before and after the event.
- Always maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn our product line.
- Ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong background in music with the ability to incorporate musical elements into the booth experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends or evenings as required by event schedules.
- Must be able to lift portable table chair canopy and occasionally light band equipment.
