Office Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Office Manager to lead and oversee our office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient environment that supports our mission and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all office management functions
- Develop implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Supervise and support office staff including reception and venue operations
- Oversee vendor and contract administration ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness
- Manage lease agreements and related facilities management activities
- Oversee the Welcome Center reception ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Coordinate office logistics supplies and equipment maintenance
- Support organizational events and meetings as needed
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies safety standards and confidentiality protocols
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field
- Proven experience in office management preferably within a non-profit or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office management software and tools
- Ability to handle vendor relations and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of facilities management and lease administration
