PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Ensure strong financial operations across a growing multinational group.
- Implement robust processes and deliver accurate insightful financial reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives including fundraising and project finance.
- Enable informed data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and optimize financial processes across multiple companies within the group.
- Produce routine consolidated financial reporting (P&L and Cash Flow) for management.
- Process bills invoices loan schedules and perform account reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Deploy analytic accounting across entities; lead budgeting processes and regularly track performance against budget.
- Support fundraising initiatives by preparing financial documentation and contributing to project finance activities.
- Manage and monitor various credit lines and financing tools including ProEx and invoice factoring.
- Assist management decision-making by preparing budgets financial models and forward-looking forecasts.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems; Odoo expertise is mandatory.
- Strong managerial and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in Trade Finance and Treasury operations.
- Experience in Project Finance is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Brazilian accounting standards and practices.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; French is an asset.
- One strong professional reference.
