As a customer service specialist in this project your daily responsibilities will include:
- Offer solutions to customers that need assistance with financial and credit card services
- Provide customer service through phone communication
- Enrich customer experience by listening attentively to their needs and concerns aiming for first call resolution when possible
- Build meaningful relationships answering customers questions in a courteous friendly and professional manner
- Meet and exceed quality goals compliance regulations and productivity targets
To succeed in the role you will need to have:
- Native or proficient level of French (C2)(mandatory)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written(mandatory)
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills attentive listening and superior writing skills
- Computer literate
- A motivated and enthusiastic personality
- Commercial behavior
- Self-organized planning and prioritization skills
- Patience empathy and a unique ability to manage stress
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
- Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Able to follow guidelines and instructions
- Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
- Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon Portugal (work on site)
