How you will contribute
The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador and will spread the values andthe philosophyof our brand with the result of maximizing sales.
The candidate will manage client relations andidentifycustomer needs to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional servicethroughout.

Brand Advocate
Demonstrate passion as aDoDobrand ambassador during every selling ceremony
Learn to master the Brand and have an in-depth knowledge of the product
Maintain products in an efficient clean secure and organized manner front and back of house.
Business Achiever
Give your best in teamwork andparticipatein all activities that contribute to the achievement of the boutiques overall goals and smooth operations.
Achieve individual and team goals bybeing responsible forsales results working with KPIs and business applications
Participate inmaintaininga positive work environment
Ensureto be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors.
Follow Company grooming accordingly withDoDostandards and policies in terms of care and behavior
Clienteller
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers through an individual approachleveragingdifferent CRM andclientellingtools to promote brand loyalty
Use CRM KPIs to strengthen and developcliientellingactivity
Supporting customers in the purchase of all DODO products and enhancing product knowledge and storytelling
Welcoming every customer and providing the best customer experience mastering our brand history and heritage.
Profile
Passion for the DODO Brand
Proven experience in Luxury Fashion orJeweleryRetail

Ability to work with a diverse client base
Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
Flexibility and problem solving
Availability to work onturnations
Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge

Fluent Italian and English
Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
