Job Summary

HR Assistant - Learning Specialist (M/F)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Specialist to join the team of Human Resources Operations - Resorts

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational training needs analysis.
  • Coordinate and implement an operational training plan in alignment with the Groups learning strategy and local business priorities
  • Design organise and facilitate training sessions in-person for operational teams
  • Manage relationships with training providers and oversee administrative processes (contracts attendance reporting)
  • Monitor learning KPIs (training hours participation rate completion rate) and report progress of the mentioned KPIs
  • Support hotel openings and transformation projects within operations

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
  • A degree in Human Resources or Education
  • Proven experience delivering and facilitating training sessions ideally within hospitality or service industries
  • Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills across different levels of the organisation
  • Proactive Hands On and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment
  • Availability for frequent travel
