Job Summary

HR Assistant - Learning Specialist (M/F)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Specialist to join the team of Human Resources Operations - Resorts

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct operational training needs analysis.
Coordinate and implement an operational training plan in alignment with the Groups learning strategy and local business priorities
Design organise and facilitate training sessions in-person for operational teams
Manage relationships with training providers and oversee administrative processes (contracts attendance reporting)
Monitor learning KPIs (training hours participation rate completion rate) and report progress of the mentioned KPIs
Support hotel openings and transformation projects within operations

Key Requirements

Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
A degree in Human Resources or Education
Proven experience delivering and facilitating training sessions ideally within hospitality or service industries
Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills across different levels of the organisation
Proactive Hands On and detail-oriented approach
Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment
Availability for frequent travel
