HR Assistant - Learning Specialist (M/F)
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Specialist to join the team of Human Resources Operations - Resorts
The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational training needs analysis.
- Coordinate and implement an operational training plan in alignment with the Groups learning strategy and local business priorities
- Design organise and facilitate training sessions in-person for operational teams
- Manage relationships with training providers and oversee administrative processes (contracts attendance reporting)
- Monitor learning KPIs (training hours participation rate completion rate) and report progress of the mentioned KPIs
- Support hotel openings and transformation projects within operations
Key Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
- A degree in Human Resources or Education
- Proven experience delivering and facilitating training sessions ideally within hospitality or service industries
- Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills across different levels of the organisation
- Proactive Hands On and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment
- Availability for frequent travel
