Join Our Global IT Support Team!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide first-line assistance to our global user base and help maintain our high standards of service.

Your Tasks

  • Provide global hardware software and network support for PCs laptops mobile devices printers and desktop phones including on-site assistance (in Wroclaw) when needed

  • Respond to help line inquiries and log all incoming calls in the ticketing system

  • Monitor and manage incoming support requests ensuring timely documentation and resolution

  • Categorize prioritize and dispatch tickets escalating complex issues to the appropriate IT teams

  • Troubleshoot test and resolve end-user technical issues offering guidance on efficient use of IT systems (Windows 10/11 Office 365 mobile devices networks and business applications)

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and actions taken for each ticket

  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base improvements particularly troubleshooting guides

  • Participate in shift-based support rosters as required

Your Profile

  • Completed education in IT computer science or related field; or equivalent professional experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure Technical Support Help Desk or First-Level Support

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Basic understanding of networks and telecommunications

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused proactive and collaborative approach

  • Reliable organized and committed to delivering excellent service

  • Flexible mindset and eagerness to learn continuously

  • Nice to have:

  • ITIL knowledge or experience in ITIL-based environments

  • Experience working in multicultural settings

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo ITSM is a plus)

  • Ability to conduct user training sessions
