Job Summary
Polish Customer Support Expert Relocation to Porto Portugal
We are currently looking for a Polish Customer Support Expert to join an international customer service team based on-site in Porto Portugal.
This is a great opportunity for Polish-speaking professionals who would like to gain international experience while living in one of Portugals most vibrant and welcoming cities. You will work in a structured and supportive environment assisting customers with service-related inquiries for an established service provider operating in the mobility and infrastructure sector.
Position Details
Role: Polish Customer Support Expert
Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 13 April 2026
Salary: 1040.68 gross per month
Accommodation: Free company-provided shared apartment (utilities included)
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support via phone and email

Assist customers with service-related inquiries and issue resolution

Deliver accurate and solution-oriented assistance

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution

Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Work Schedule

40 hours per week

8-hour rotational shifts
-
2 rotational days off per week

Work schedules are communicated in advance to allow proper planning
Requirements

Fluent Polish (C1/C2 level)

Good English skills for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work on-site in Porto Portugal

EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal
