About the role

As the Change Manager youll lead and deliver large-scale organisational and technical transformation initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management approaches/strategies to enable successful completion of change initiatives ensuring that changes identified are assessed for impact planned and managed.
• Work collaboratively negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver desired business outcomes.
• Proactively provide specialist advice to stakeholders on the design development implementation and evaluation of a range of learning & development and/or communication products and activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in planning developing managing and evaluating internal and/or external change
• management initiatives.
• Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current TSPV Clearance.
