Champion product mind share through desk training tool enablement and sales floor engagement.
Build and maintain a detailed pipeline in our CRM (Compass).
Report weekly to vendors on sell-out activity and promotional performance.
Support execution of business and marketing plans.
Identify and deliver training opportunities for customers and internal teams.
Act as the point of escalation for customer care issues.
Guide development of web tools and vendor microsites.
Communicate product info pricing and promotions to internal and external stakeholders.
Run call-out days and promote TD SYNNEXs e-business services.
Engage directly with customers as needed.
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
Confidence influencing sales teams and driving structured activity.
A proactive approach to work with initiative and a passion for learning.
Familiarity with core Microsoft tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
