Job Summary
- Support the delivery of creative brandled marketing campaigns across all areas of the resort.
- Manage daytoday social media activity and contribute fresh engaging content ideas.
- Assist with website updates email marketing and digital content creation.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to execute the annual marketing plan.
- Help produce onbrand marketing collateral and maintain the resorts image library.
- Coordinate photography videography and media visits.
- Support PR activity including press releases coverage tracking and influencer hosting.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of events activations and wedding fairs.
- Maintain CRM databases and assist with reporting and campaign analysis.
- Play a key role in upholding brand standards and ensuring consistent communication across the resort.
Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues
Qualifications :
- Degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field or equivalent commercial experience
- 2 years experience in e-commerce digital marketing or a similar role in hospitality or related industries
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to engage effectively with luxury clientele and senior stakeholders
- Highly organized self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented proactive and solution-focused with a collaborative approach
- Upholds brand standards for professional conduct and presentation
- Proficient in MS Excel Word & PowerPoint
