Job Summary
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on a permanent basis on our Innovation team. This position is a remote opportunity and can based anywhere across Canada.
Join us as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and transform complex business challenges into powerful insights. Youll lead the design of impactful BI solutions collaborate with cross-functional teams and champion data adoption to shape the future of our organization. What youll do:
- Design and implement data models dashboards and reporting tools through collaboration prototyping and agile practices to provide business value quickly.
- Build strong relationships with business partners manage expectations and act as a liaison to align requirements roadmaps and adoption strategies.
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance through rigorous testing risk management and collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Intake and assess business requests apply prioritization frameworks and translate requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.
- Promote data literacy monitor adoption lead training and drive iterative enhancements by staying current with BI trends and best practices.

You will work closely with other specialists and Data Analysts and will report into the Manager Analytic Services. This team strives to cultivate a culture of transparency collaboration and diversity.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:
- Have 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics and business. intelligence solutions from project initiation to project adoption i.e. have worked on complete Analytics SDLC.
- Have a MicroStrategy Architect or MicroStrategy Analyst Certification.
- Have a bachelors degree in computer science
Have strong knowledge and technical skills with Microsoft Office tools SQL MicroStrategy and Teradata.
- Have good knowledge and skills with Agile JIRA practices.
