JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Public Relations Assistant you will support Westwings communication and media relations activities across the CEE markets (Poland Czech Republic Slovakia Hungary Romania Croatia Slovenia). You will work directly with the Expert Lead CEE and gain hands-on experience in various public relations processes within a fast-paced international environment. This position is unlimited and based in Warsaw.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Prepare visual media albums and trend overviews for journalists
- Draft short press materials such as notes product descriptions and basic communication assets assisted by AI where applicable
- Handle daily media inquiries and coordinate product information image requests and samples
- Support the organization of PR events press meetings and photo shoots
- Research and update media databases across CEE markets and assist with day-to-day PR tasks
- Create PR reports and summaries including media monitoring KPIs and coverage tracking
YOU COME WITH
- Interest in PR communication media relations or the lifestyle/design industries
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactivity curiosity and a willingness to learn in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- A creative mindset and readiness to contribute fresh ideas as part of a team
- Native-level command of Polish and a very good command of English
- Previous internship experience in PR journalism social media or related areas is an advantage
