About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations developed on Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Functions.
- Enhance current workflows (including procurement billing vetting AOR/AOA quotation scan MAS rates retrieval) while ensuring scalability and usability.
- Design and implement new automation workflows based on evolving business needs.
- Build and maintain Python-based Azure Functions used for backend logic data extraction and OCR workflows.
- Integrate automation solutions with SharePoint lists data structures and document repositories.
- Improve performance reliability and compliance of deployed workflows through tuning and periodic reviews.
- Document process flows architectures and technical specifications to support ongoing knowledge transfer.
- Train operations teams on administration usage and monitoring of automated workflows.
- Ensure adherence to information security data governance and organisational compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate (advanced) PowerApps (Canvas apps)
- Solid understanding of SharePoint data models permissions and integration mechanisms.
- Experience developing Azure Functions (preferably Python-based).
- Working knowledge of OCR data extraction and document processing (Azure Cognitive Services or equivalents).
- Familiarity with automation best practices error handling auditing and compliance controls.
