About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic international support team in this fulltime position you will be the main point of contact for customers: youll handle inquiries resolve issues and clarify bookings payments or other service questions always delivering professional reliable support via phone and email. Youll join a multicultural team working with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction across diverse markets.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) plus a good command of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Office365 CRM platforms or similar internal systems
- Problem solving attitude flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in customer support or contact centre environments is an advantage
- Interest in travel or accommodation related services is a plus
