Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with product-related issues troubleshooting and warranty claims
- Provide accurate product information to help customers make informed decisions

Resolve complaints professionally and proactively

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues

Participate in training and feedback sessions to improve service quality
Schedule & Compensation:
Relocation Support:
All expenses covered flight hotel stay and real estate agency fee
250 relocation allowance real estate agency fee (if relocating independently)
Requirements:

German (C1) Native-level fluency
-
English (B2) Intermediate communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Customer-focused and proactive problem-solving skills

Team player with ability to take ownership of tasks
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus not mandatory

Must provide a birth certificate for employment documentation
