Job Summary
Your mission
We are excited to meet our next Field Service Technician who will help us strengthen Battery Storage operations across Greece.

- Act as the technical interface to our customers and take ownership of dispatched service cases.
- Conduct onsite installation maintenance repairs tests upgrades and rework activities for Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Diagnose technical issues analyse error messages and deliver effective customeroriented solutions.
- Support Project Management during commissioning site acceptance tests and related field activities.
- Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation across service reports work instructions and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to claim management RMA processes and Quality/Customer Feedback analysis.
Your profile
- Education as an Electrical Technician or Engineer ideally with exposure to Battery Storage solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting claim handling and solutionoriented field execution.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to handle critical situations professionally.
- Independent structured and motivated mindset within an international environment.
- Greek and English C1.
- Confident using MS Office and comparable software tools.
- Valid driving licence willingness to travel and openness for oncall duty occasionally on weekends or nights.
- Comfortable working from a homeoffice setup.
