About the Role
As Central Operations Manager you will take full ownership of operations across the DACH region. Youll lead and coordinate critical processes to ensure smooth efficient and compliant logistics services. With oversight across multiple countries proper process flow and coordination are key to success.
You will be a crucial link between management operations teams and external partners ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting growth and scalability.
What You Will Do

Oversee and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for DACH markets
- Manage warehouses transportation and delivery processes with high standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations across different countries in DACH region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales warehouse transport customer service) to ensure seamless process flow
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics: delivery times costs quality assurance service levels
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability

Manage and support a distributed operations team across regions
- Report to senior management contribute to strategic planning and regional growth
What You Bring
- Proven experience in logistics/operations management preferably with DACH region scope
- Strong understanding of logistics warehousing transport and delivery coordination

Excellent organizational planning and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage cross-border operations and ensure regulatory compliance across countries

Leadership skills with experience in managing distributed/remote teams
- Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven KPIs and process optimisation

Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
