Job Summary
Rotork is entering an exciting phase of its growth plus strategy and were looking for a Sector Manager for the Water & Power (W&P) end market in Germany. Youll take ownership of one of our most strategically important sectors. This is a highimpact role where youll shape commercial direction unlock new opportunities and drive meaningful growth in a market with huge longterm potential. Youll be the force behind strengthening our presence in critical infrastructure helping customers modernise optimise and futureproof their operations.
This is far more than a sales role. As Sector Manager youll influence strategy lead a talented sales team and work across Engineering Operations Strategy and Services to bring innovative solutions to life. Your leadership will directly impact revenue profitability and customer experience making this a rare opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a global engineering leader.
What Youll Do
Deliver and exceed W&P sector sales targets
Lead account development and drive longterm growth
Own sector P&L and ensure profitable performance
Coach and develop sales teams to deepen customer penetration
Provide market intelligence and support product roadmap development
Ensure accurate forecasting and strong channel performance
Lead W&Pfocused campaigns events and new product introductions
Collaborate across Engineering Operations Strategy and Services
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering
Senior sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (7 years)
Proven track record of commercial success
Strong leadership communication and customerfocused mindset
Ability to thrive in a matrixed fastchanging environment
Integrity cultural awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
