Overview:

Due to growth we are now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics / Aquatics position in Delray Beach FL with a potential start date of June / July 2026.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a split caseload: 50% general orthopedics 50% aquatic therapy. The aquatic therapy component of this role requires the clinician to in the pool with patients.

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Compensation:

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive and increases with experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends. No major holidays!

Job Requirements:

Eligible for FL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior outpatient ortho and or/aquatic therapy experience is preferred.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
Full-time is required 40 hours per week are available.
