Job Description
To Design develop and implement assigned training modules.
Provide training support for sales channels and program for the sales agent
Develop or enhance and manage training support for agents
Effectively communicate to ensure training support & activity is conducted appropriately
Execute Training Needs Analysis according to companys Best Practices
Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills with other trainers
Fulfill the role of trainer leader
Requirements
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years experience as trainer in sales team
Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective people management
Strong presentation skills with passion for developing others
An open mind to keep learning and developing skills and knowledge
