About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Head of Demand Generation to build and orchestrate SolarEdges global demand engine across 18 countries. This role will focus on:
- Growing demand within our existing customer base and driving upsell initiatives.
- Lifecycle marketing for B2C homeowners.
- Co-marketing programs with our global B2B installer ecosystem.
- Laying the foundation for SolarEdges first direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategy.
- Transforming and scaling our HubSpot infrastructure.
This is a senior team leader role with small-team oversight designed for someone with managerial capabilities and the potential to take on expanded leadership responsibilities in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
Growing Demand and Upsell Generation (Primary Scope)
- Build and execute global demand generation strategies targeting millions of existing customers.
- Develop upsell and cross-sell programs for batteries energy services and additional key products.
- Create automated lifecycle journeys and targeted messaging for B2C homeowners.
- Drive improvements in conversion attach rates and customer engagement.
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing Foundation
- Architect SolarEdges first comprehensive D2C digital marketing strategy.
- Build funnel models segmentation frameworks and automated cross-channel journeys.
- Identify scalable channels for acquisition activation engagement and retention.
HubSpot & Digital Infrastructure
- Lead a full HubSpot transformation data structure segmentation workflows scoring and attribution
- Build lifecycle automations nurture flows and performance dashboards
- Establish global standards and processes for campaign operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product BI regional marketing sales and customer experience teams.
- Partner with regional marketers to orchestrate and localize campaigns across 18 countries.
- Leverage insights to fuel personalization experimentation and continuous optimization.
- Support development of landing pages digital assets web tools and conversion funnels.
Leadership Potential
- Demonstrate strong leadership through cross-functional influence and project ownership.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership including C-suite and board stakeholders when needed.

- Strong expertise in lead generation customer engagement automation and social media.
