Were searching for a Head Of Content who lives and breathes storytelling understands performance-driven digital content and knows how to turn creative ideas into measurable business this role you will manage and scale a team of content creators and collaborate across strategy creative SEO/ASO and paid media teams to deliver high-quality content for a wide portfolio of international clients.
Youll oversee diverse content formats including web copy UX content landing pages email marketing and long-form articles - while incorporating AI-powered workflows and tools to boost creativity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and develop a growing team of content writers.
Build and own Mobursts content strategy across multiple channels and client verticals.
Define content standards tone of voice and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with different teams to deliver content that drives results.
Manage content planning production and delivery timelines across multiple projects.
Integrate advanced AI tools into content workflows to enhance ideation research writing and optimization.
Review content for quality accuracy consistency and brand alignment.
Present content strategies and deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay on top of industry trends emerging platforms and evolving marketing best practices.
Requirements:
5 years of professional experience in content creation/marketing within a digital creative or advertising environment.
Proven experience managing and mentoring content teams - agency experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with AI writing research and content tools.
Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills in English.
Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and SEO best practices.
Ability to juggle multiple projects clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset strategic thinking and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
