Talent Seeds is hiring for a full-time on-site HR Recruiter role located in HSR Layout Bengaluru. We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in a recruitment/staffing company to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The role involves sourcing screening shortlisting and coordinating candidates for various client requirements. Previous Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and internal databases.
- Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain candidate and client databases and ensure timely updates.
- Support onboarding and documentation as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Previous experience in a recruitment or staffing agency is mandatory.
- Strong communication and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
