Responsibilities:

Analyze historical and current operational data trends and costs to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
Oversee and ensure the correct application of revenue recognition standards across all company transactions.
Manage and control the full receivables and payables cycles actively mitigating company risk.
Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes in collaboration with senior leadership.
Drive the monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts and maintain robust internal controls.
Prepare necessary financial data for internal stakeholders and external reporting including input for company taxation (VAT PAYE) and the completion of annual financial statements under IFRS for SMEs.
Guide the selection development and performance management of the finance team personnel.
Refine and implement scalable accounting systems and operational procedures to meet stringent audit standards and significantly improve overall business efficiency.
