Were currently hiring for Customer Service Center Dispatch Representatives.
This position is responsible for providing World Class Customer Service to our valued customers. This individual will perform a variety of jobs including dispatching multiple delivery trucks communicating with delivery drivers/installers processing delivery paperwork handling service related issues that pertain to services and product as well as create local routes using a computer routing system.
- Respond/react to delivery issues ensuring maximum on-road efficiency and optimum customer service.
- Utilize routing system to track deliveries changes in assignments/routes and maintain follow up-information.
- Communicate at the highest level with various locations/regions on a daily basis regarding shipping status and projected/confirmed deliveries
- Partner with Sales and Operations staff to resolve delivery discrepancies or concerns regarding product.

- Strong communication skills including the ability to read and interpret company documents and build positive relationships across departments.
- Professional constructive communication with customers operations sales and executive leadership.
- Computer proficiency including comfort with spreadsheets database applications and our G.E.R.S. system.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues develop solutions and collaborate effectively in group settings.
- Commitment to safety and security procedures; ability to report unsafe conditions and use equipment properly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; flexible availability including weekends.
- Ability to work in an office environment for 8 hours per day.
- Capacity to manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Ability to comprehend information quickly to address customer questions and concerns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn daily departmental responsibilities
