In this role you have the opportunity to
Drive superior consumer value by developing and executing the E2E innovation and go-to-market approach to reach prioritized beauty consumer segments and ensure profitability and growth of the assigned portfolio of Beauty and New Venture as the Region Business Unit Leader in alignment with the Great China regions business and overall Marketing strategy to ensure perfect and flawless new product introductions and launches at market/country level and explore new GTM strategy for Beauty category in China.
You are responsible for
Responsible to develop and execute the E2E approach from innovation to Go To Market approach for beauty
Drive and collaborate Beauty BU and Venture BU to set Beauty China strategy and innovation pipeline with perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.
Supports the interactions with the Business especially the demand and forecasting investment (A&P and Trade spending) and P&L management.
You are a part of
The Grooming & Beauty marketing team a key category within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to the RBUL G&B PH GrC and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing Digital marketing PR E-commerce Sales Finance etc..
To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience.
Bachelors degree and 10 years of industry experience
Experience in marketing technology or beauty care products would be a plus
Has a broad knowledge of consumer insight marketing activations and GTM experience within the scope.
Complete knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes.
Leads a cooperative effort among members of multifunctional teams.
Strong experience in marketing technology in consumer / beauty care domains incl. creating customized value propositions to consumers.
Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and /or matrix organization
Experience with leading a cross functional team Experience to work in a business with complex market/channel structures.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
Participates in corporate development of methods techniques and evaluation criteria for projects programs and people.
Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
