People Operations & Executive Assistant (Growth Track to Chief of Staff)
Location: Remote (Eastern Europe)
Compensation: $2500 $3500 USD/month(The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Role
Were looking for a high-ownership operator who can sit at the intersection of people priorities and pace. This role blends three critical functions:
- People Operations: establish and run clean scalable people systems.
- Executive Assistance: unblock the CEO by owning schedules comms and follow-through.
- Growth/Operations Support: drive special projects that move the business forward.
This is not a traditional EA role and not a narrow HR role. Its an operator seat for someone who wants to grow into a Chief of Staff position over the next 1224 months.
Youll work directly with leadership gain high context fast and become a core execution partner across the company.
What Youll Own
1) People Operations (Core)
Youll build and run People Ops systems that are lightweight but solid as we scale.
Responsibilities include:
- Own hiring logistics end-to-end: posting screening coordination interview flow candidate experience.
- Maintain and improve onboarding/offboarding (checklists accounts IT handoff welcome flow).
- Keep employee records contracts and policy documentation accurate and compliant.
- Support performance cycles: pulse checks reviews scheduling feedback processes.
- Create consistent rituals: team updates all-hands support culture moments.
- Be the first point of contact for people-related questions.
What success looks like: Hiring and onboarding feel seamless; team members get fast answers; people processes are documented simple and respected.
2) Executive Assistant to CEO (Core)
You will protect the CEOs time and attention and make sure priorities land.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the CEOs calendar: scheduling rescheduling prioritising time-blocking.
- Draft or polish internal/external emails and messages on behalf of the CEO.
- Keep the CEO prepared for meetings: agendas context docs pre-reads reminders.
- Track action items from leadership meetings and follow through to closure.
- Manage travel planning and logistics as needed.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and second brain.
What success looks like: CEOs schedule is under control decisions are well-informed and follow-ups dont drop.
3) Growth & Business Operations Support (Stretch Development)
Youll help leadership execute cross-functional priorities and growth projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive special projects (e.g. launching a process improving a funnel organizing a partnership pipeline).
- Maintain simple dashboards / trackers for key business priorities.
- Coordinate across teams to unblock bottlenecks.
- Take rough ideas from the CEO and turn them into scoped executed plans.
- Spot gaps before they become fires.
