Job Summary
COO / Head Of Operations at OMNIC
The role of COO/Head of Operations offers a unique opportunity to lead operational excellence within OMNIC a trailblazer in self-service solutions for logistics retail and HoReCa. This C-level position will report directly to the CEO putting you at the forefront of strategic decision-making and impactful management for a company recognized for pushing the boundaries of innovation and sustainability.
Mission
- To lead operational excellence that aligns with OMNICs vision of sustainable transformation in logistics and retail.
- Drive strategic objectives that enhance efficiency and push the boundaries of operational capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in operational leadership roles preferably within logistics or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in English both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams across different countries.
- Demonstrated ability to convert high-level strategies into actionable operational initiatives.
- Expertise in KPI management and experience implementing frameworks that foster accountability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert executive decisions made by the CEO into actionable operational plans and tasks.
- Lead and enhance operational systems across production supply chain and service delivery to drive efficiency.
- Maintain financial oversight and ensure the alignment of financial performance with overall business objectives.
- Manage and improve KPI frameworks to hold teams accountable for operational excellence.
- Stabilize operations and maintain a cohesive strategy across multiple international teams and diverse environments.
