Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Partners with department leads to send out timesheet reminders review timecards for accuracy track and document PTO requests and submit to payroll.

• Supports the Operations Manager with new projects implementations and post implementation execution and deployment.

• Consults on set-up and workflows for new products and services being deployed at clinics.

• Facilitates staff training launch support and transition to the clinic for daily operations.

• Works on-site to support daily operations project / program implementations and events.

• Documents and monitors processes metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.

• Gathers evaluates organizes manages and collates information in a variety of formats.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Four year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant work experience

• 2 years of employment in a related position preferably in clinical settings or 1 year or service in a Crossover clinic

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly organized with experience in managing and prioritizing projects or tasks both big and small to completion with high attention to detail

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Mac OS (Pages KeyNote and Numbers) and Google Suite products

Physical Job Requirements

• May require standing walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.

• Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.

• Requires corrected vision hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
