Role and Responsibilities
- Assist Technical Record Officers / Supervisor to perform technical log and cabin log data entry in MIS;
- File the hard copies of the technical documents and check sheets;
- Maintain the electronic record of technical documents as well as the SSFDR CVR and Slide Deployment Videos;
- Assist the Technical Record / Planning Team for daily operation or other ad-hoc tasks assgined by Planning Manager or Engineers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification;
- Able to work as part-time with fixed schedule (for at least 3 weekdays per week)
- Related working experience is preferred but not a must;
- Agile self-motivated and a good team player;
- Good at Microsoft Office and data base software usage;
- Basic understanding with PowerBI or SQL is an advantage but not essential.
